Request deletion of your personal data Technology Expert

You may request that Leoforce erase the personal data we hold about you. This is commonly known as the “right to be forgotten.”

Your right to erasure may be subject to limitations under applicable law. In some circumstances, Leoforce may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or for other lawful purposes.

How to submit a request
Send your request to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@leoforce.com.

To help us locate your information, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your information
• Your relationship with Leoforce
• The Leoforce product, service, or interaction related to your request
• A brief description of the information you would like deleted

Please do not include sensitive personal information or identification documents in your initial email. We may request additional information if necessary to verify your identity.

What happens next?
You will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received. Our Privacy team will then review your request and contact the appropriate internal teams.

We will respond as soon as practicable or within one month of receiving your request. If some information cannot be deleted, we will provide additional information when responding to your request.
