Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Austin, Texas, USA. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate analytical findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

1. Analyze data from at least 3–5 business data sources.
2. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
3. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate significant variations.
4. Perform data-quality checks to identify missing, duplicate, and inconsistent records.
5. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
